Max Lee first came to Uganda on 4 May 2005 during the Pakwach Road project. Over the years, his life in Uganda took him from teaching and civil engineering into private business and community life.
After more than 21 years, Uganda became more than a place of work or business to him; it became part of his life journey, personal growth and family story — and the human foundation of the Chongqing–Uganda Friendship Association.
